These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the Princess Arena mobile app, challenge pages and related services (the "Service") operated by Stelya SAS, 10 Square Jean Thébaud, 75015 Paris, France ("we", "us"). Contact support@princessarena.com. By creating an account, publishing a challenge page, or submitting a challenge, you agree to these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. Provide accurate information, do not impersonate someone else, and protect your account credentials and submission code. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where caused by our fault. We may ask you to verify information when reasonably needed for safety. A person may submit a challenge through the website without first registering; an app account and the code are needed to claim and view the status of that submission.
A user who creates a profile and challenges is called a Princess; a person who answers them is called a Suitor. These are feature labels and do not impose a gender requirement. A Princess can share a link through third-party services or directly. A visitor can complete and send challenges on the website and receive a code. The profile owner may see the submission before the visitor creates an account. The visitor can use the code in the app and create an account to associate a profile with the submission and check its status. The profile owner can add a suitor to Crushes, opening a chat, or remove a submission. No response, acceptance, match, chat, date, or continued availability of another user is guaranteed. A submission shown as "anonymous" simply lacks a linked app profile at that point.
You retain ownership of material you submit, including profile photos, challenge prompts, text, drawings, voice recordings and attachments ("Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical display, transmit and display your Content as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service, for as long as it is hosted and subject to your deletion rights. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it, including permission from people depicted or recorded. Do not share another person's private information without permission. Profile pages may be accessible to anyone with the link, and submissions will be visible to the profile owner. Other users may save or copy content they can view; share thoughtfully.
Do not use the Service to harass, bully, threaten, stalk, discriminate, deceive, spam, solicit money, promote illegal activity, exploit anyone, or violate privacy or intellectual property rights. Do not submit non-consensual intimate material, sexual content involving minors, pornographic material, or content facilitating prostitution or trafficking. Do not post malicious files, scrape the Service, bypass security or create accounts to evade a block. Do not use challenges to pressure someone into sharing intimate material or sensitive information. Our rules apply to both website submissions and app messages.
Princess Arena has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Users may not post harassment, hate, threats, pornography, sexual content involving minors, or anything illegal. If a user posts objectionable content or abuses someone, we remove the content and permanently eject the account that provided it, within 24 hours of a report.
You can use Report in the app to report content or an account, including a website submission. You can use Block to stop unwanted contact, and remove a post from your feed. You can also email support@princessarena.com to report violations.
We review reports, apply measures to filter objectionable material, and may remove content, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests. We aim to address safety reports promptly, but cannot promise to review every item before it appears or prevent every harmful interaction. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
You may share links through Instagram, TikTok or other services, but those platforms are independent and subject to their own terms. Apple and Google sign-in are also subject to their respective terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these services merely because you use them to access or share Princess Arena.
The Service is free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will explain their terms and price before you purchase them and update these Terms as appropriate.
We may change or discontinue features and take reasonable action to protect users and the Service. You can stop using the Service and delete your account through Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or create a safety or security risk, with notice and an opportunity to appeal where required by applicable law. Deleting an account affects your profile, submissions and messages as described in the Privacy Policy.
Princess Arena provides a way for people to connect; we do not verify every user's identity, statements or intentions and do not guarantee compatibility or conduct offline. Use your judgment before sharing personal information or meeting someone. We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by another user's conduct or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes where required. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not, stop using the Service and delete your account. French law governs these Terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will handle disputes. You may contact support@princessarena.com with a complaint.
